My coaching is grounded in broad and deep knowledge and international experience with mastering psychological challenges, an state of the art tool-kit of practical coaching models and methods, theoretical and practical insight into business roles, processes and challenges, and a mindful ear to hear and support you from wherever you are to where you want to be.

Target audience: Business and academic leaders at all levels in times of personal and/or organizational change and in the face of VUCA and agility challenges. Both individuals and groups of EN speaking EU-mainland ex-pat professionals and German-speaking EU professionals in international contexts.

An agile mindset is fundamental to personal and organizational success and well-being in a VUCA world. How we think, talk and write about our expectations and needs determines the resilience of our relationships, how we feel about ourselves and our challenges, and how sustainable we are as leaders. And this, at the end of the day determines our results, recognition, and reputation and that of our organization.

The first value in the Agile Manifesto is “valuing individuals and interactions over processes and tools.” Organizations and individuals are continuously engaged in interpersonal interactions. That makes professionalizing and optimizing the underlying mindset critical. Agile mindset is not so much about ‘doing agile’ (such methods as Scrum, Kanban ...etc.) as it is about ‘BEING AGILE'. Being agile is about being able to nimbly and flexibly process and respond to volatile, complex and often ambiguous situations and people: one interaction and challenge at a time.
